Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and call lists.
- Introduce Career.supersecrets' services and effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to understand client needs and interest levels.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to communication scripts and guidelines while also personalizing interactions.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Continuously learn about new services and industry trends to enhance effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and preferably Igbo.
- Active listening and strong interpersonal abilities.
- A positive, resilient, and persistent attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
