Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive cleaning of all restaurant areas, including dining rooms, restrooms, kitchen, and storage areas, following a set checklist.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors thoroughly, ensuring all spills and debris are removed.
- Sanitize and disinfect all high-touch surfaces, tables, chairs, and restroom fixtures.
- Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, counters, and sinks to established hygiene standards.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms (e.g., soap, toilet paper, paper towels).
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to product instructions and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly stored and maintained after use.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shifts.
