Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging virtual tours and presentations highlighting Cederberg's natural beauty, history, and agri-tourism aspects.
- Plan and customize detailed itineraries for individual and group clients, considering their interests and our offerings.
- Provide expert pre-trip consultations via video call, email, and phone, answering questions and offering recommendations.
- Manage all aspects of tour bookings, confirmations, and pre-arrival logistics remotely.
- Create compelling digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, and video scripts, to promote Mount Ceder and the Cederberg region.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and informative responses.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure remote planning aligns with operational capabilities and guest expectations.
- Stay updated on Cederberg attractions, local events, and agri-tourism developments to provide the most current information.
- Assist in the development of new remote-friendly tour packages and experiences.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client communications and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in tourism, guiding, or customer service, with a focus on remote engagement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
