Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop new client leads through various channels in the Dutse, Abuja area.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial situations and insurance requirements.
- Present and explain suitable insurance products (life, health, auto, property, etc.) clearly and persuasively.
- Effectively close sales and ensure all policy documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, including policy reviews and updates.
- Guide clients through the claims process, assisting with documentation and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims status.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and claims service performance metrics.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales or a client-facing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products and their benefits.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Residency in or around Dutse, Abuja, with a strong knowledge of the local market.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and professional demeanor.
