Key Responsibilities
- Design and update restaurant menus, specials boards, and other in-house promotional materials.
- Develop engaging graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to promote daily specials, events, and brand messaging.
- Create digital advertisements and website graphics that align with Loring Pasta Bar's brand guidelines.
- Design promotional posters, flyers, and other print collateral for special events, concerts, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications, maintaining Loring Pasta Bar's unique artistic and culinary identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management team to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Deliver high-quality design files on time and within agreed-upon specifications.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and provide creative solutions to visual communication challenges.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in branding, marketing, and digital media
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Proven ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design choices
- Time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
