Our partner NGO is deeply rooted in the Homa Bay community, committed to sustainable development and addressing critical local needs through innovative, evidence-based programs. As a Youth Mentor, you will play an instrumental role in delivering these programs effectively, ensuring they are culturally relevant, highly impactful, and accessible to all target beneficiaries. You will gain invaluable, hands-on experience in community engagement, program design support, workshop facilitation, and socio-economic development, all while being supported by a collaborative team of experienced professionals dedicated to your continuous learning and career advancement. If you are eager to learn, proactive, empathetic, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and hold an unwavering belief in the potential of every young person, we strongly encourage you to apply.
