This includes fostering leadership qualities, promoting critical thinking, and encouraging participation in democratic processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the socio-economic challenges faced by youth in rural and urban settings, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving. If you possess an unwavering commitment to youth development, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the growth and prosperity of our municipality, we encourage you to apply.
