Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce planning models and methodologies to forecast short-term and long-term talent demands.
- Analyze internal and external workforce data, including headcount, attrition, demographics, market trends, and skills gaps.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and operational leaders to understand business strategies and translate them into workforce requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations on workforce analytics for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Identify potential workforce risks and opportunities, and propose proactive solutions to mitigate challenges and capitalize on strengths.
- Support the development of talent acquisition, upskilling, and reskilling strategies based on workforce projections.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current workforce programs and policies, recommending improvements for optimal efficiency.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance data accuracy and predictive capabilities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workforce planning processes and systems.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or a related data analysis role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and workforce planning software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
