Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior welders and fabricators in various tasks, learning on the job.
- Develop the ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.

- Learn to safely operate and maintain various welding equipment (e.g., Arc, MIG, TIG welders) under supervision.

- Perform initial quality checks on welds and fabricated components to ensure structural integrity.
