Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of visually appealing and user-friendly websites for various clients, focusing on online business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to translate client requirements and briefs into effective design concepts.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for a consistent user experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Implement basic front-end coding (HTML, CSS) for website structures and styling under guidance.
- Conduct research on current design trends, UI/UX best practices, and competitor websites to inform design decisions.
- Participate in design reviews, incorporating feedback to refine and improve design iterations.
- Maintain brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects.
- Prepare design assets for developers and collaborate during the implementation phase to ensure design integrity.
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one modern design tool (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Fundamental knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
