Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
- Report any discrepancies or damage to goods.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and quality control.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects consistently (up to 25kg).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role.
- Forklift operator certification (advantageous but not required).
- Experience with inventory management systems.
