Key Responsibilities
- Unload and load delivery vehicles efficiently and safely, using appropriate equipment.
- Sort parcels and packages accurately according to destination, size, and shipping routes.
- Scan and label items precisely using handheld devices and warehouse management systems.
- Organize the warehouse space, ensuring cleanliness, order, and optimal flow of goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified and trained) safely and responsibly.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets and maintain productivity.
- Adhere strictly to all company health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the immediate supervisor.
Required Skills
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move parcels up to 25 kg regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, especially sorting and scanning.
- Ability to work effectively and maintain focus in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong, consistent work ethic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.

- Previous experience (e.g., 6-12 months) in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physically demanding role.
