Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? Bralirwa Ltd. is seeking dedicated Warehouse Team Members for Packing Support to join our operations in Rubavu, Western Province. This full-time role is crucial to our supply chain, ensuring that our products are meticulously prepared, packed, and ready for distribution to customers throughout Rwanda.

As a Warehouse Team Member specializing in Packing Support, you will play a vital role in the final stages of our production process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve efficiently and accurately packing finished goods, inspecting product quality, and maintaining an organized and safe work area. You will collaborate closely with other warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatch of products. This position requires someone who is physically fit, capable of performing repetitive tasks, and committed to upholding our strict safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and accurately pack finished beverage products into designated cartons, crates, or pallets according to company standards.
  • Perform visual quality checks on products and packaging materials, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
  • Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and effectively, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance as required.
  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation of packed goods for inventory control and shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in production, warehousing, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
  • Load and unload materials and products manually or using material handling equipment when necessary.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills (reading, writing, basic arithmetic).
  • Physical fitness and stamina to lift and move packages up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and a proactive approach to workplace safety.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or packing environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment (certification a plus).
  • Basic computer skills.
