Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
- Support in the training and supervision of warehouse staff, fostering a productive and cohesive team environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Help organize warehouse layout and product placement for optimal efficiency and space utilization.
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities, inventory status, and team performance as required.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse facility.
