Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for dispatch, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, if certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
