Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch according to pick sheets or scanner instructions.
- Ensure products are correctly sorted, packed, and labeled for delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on products during the picking process to identify and report any damage or discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status or issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and handling.
