Are you meticulous, energetic, and ready to play a pivotal role in our supply chain success? LuLu Group International is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Picker to join our bustling logistics team in Umm Al Quwain. As a Warehouse Picker, you will be the backbone of our inventory management, responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from storage, ensuring they are ready for dispatch to our various retail outlets or direct delivery to customers. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of product availability and customer satisfaction. You will operate within a fast-paced environment, utilizing modern warehousing techniques and equipment to handle a wide array of products, from fresh produce to electronics.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve products from warehouse locations based on picking lists and orders.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and item numbers to ensure accuracy of outgoing shipments.
- Safely operate manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, preparing them for dispatch and labeling correctly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the warehouse supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational guidelines at all times.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand picking lists and basic instructions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and verification.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
