Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and scanning for all outgoing packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse organization as needed.
- Safely and efficiently operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided).
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a harmonious workplace.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 25 kg regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic literacy (ability to read labels, instructions, and simple forms).
