Job Description

Inyange Industries is seeking motivated Warehouse Packers to join our bustling Distribution Center in Rulindo, Northern Province. As a critical member of our logistics team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of our diverse range of food and beverage products, from receiving to dispatch. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to order specifications and company standards.
  • Inspect products for quality, ensuring proper packaging, and report any damage or discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and help in organizing the warehouse floor for optimal efficiency.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., manual pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, strictly following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily packing and distribution targets and maintain workflow.
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts, stock rotation, and order fulfillment processes as required.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to product handling, storage, and warehouse operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and counting items.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (6 months or more) in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment.
  • Experience with operating pallet jacks or other manual warehouse equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic inventory procedures and stock management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
