Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts (after training and certification) and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and retrieve products.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and packing lists for accuracy, noting any discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciliation efforts.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents promptly to supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and improve warehouse efficiency.

- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) regularly.
