Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently after receiving training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks manually or using equipment as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English or Kinyarwanda.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
