Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery notes, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space and accessibility.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, preparing them for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and trolleys safely and competently (training provided if needed).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring secure and timely dispatch of goods.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and operational goals.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly to management.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move packages up to 25kg.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and completing paperwork.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience operating MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) such as pallet trucks.
- Knowledge of basic inventory management principles.
- A valid forklift license (Reach or Counterbalance) is a bonus, but not essential.
