Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy against manifests.
- Efficiently pick and pack orders from stock, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Prepare items for shipping, including loading and unloading vehicles safely and securely.
- Organise and maintain stock in the warehouse, optimising space and accessibility.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation to minimise waste.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in compliance with company and health & safety regulations.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues promptly to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a dynamic team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and counting stock.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a warehouse, logistics, or similar industrial environment.

- Proven knowledge of health and safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Full UK Driving License and access to own transport due to location and shift patterns.
