Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners or voice-picking technology.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Receive and check incoming stock, verifying quantities and quality against delivery notes.
- Organise and store inventory in designated locations, maintaining a tidy and accessible warehouse.
- Operate manual handling equipment such as pallet trucks safely and effectively.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
