Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort incoming and outgoing materials, goods, and products based on specific criteria (e.g., size, type, destination).
- Inspect materials for quality and damage, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring careful handling of all items.
- Organize and stack sorted materials in designated areas, optimizing space utilization.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after receiving proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to attendance and conduct.
