Career.supersecrets is seeking a diligent and physically capable Warehouse Loader to join our team in Rusizi, Western Province. This is a vital role in our logistics chain, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within our warehouse and onto delivery vehicles. As a Warehouse Loader, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our daily operations, including loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and preparing shipments. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks, adhering to safety protocols and shipment schedules.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently (if licensed).
- Organize and stack merchandise in designated warehouse areas according to inventory procedures.
- Verify product quantities against manifests and report any discrepancies.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
