Key Responsibilities
- Accurately load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of all goods to prevent damage.
- Sort, stack, and organize products within the packaging and warehouse areas according to established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trolleys safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the picking and packing of various products, ensuring orders are complete and correctly prepared for dispatch.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices or manifests, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform quality checks on packaging to ensure products meet SPAR's standards before shipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly (up to 25kg)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications
