Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks and containers, both manually and using appropriate equipment.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and manifests.
- Organize and stack goods in designated warehouse locations to maximize space and accessibility.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment efficiently and safely (if licensed).
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.
- Perform routine checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or damage immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
