Bralirwa Plc. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Clerk specializing in Stock Management for our dynamic operations in Butare, Southern Province. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and accurately record all goods.
  • Efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Prepare and stage outbound shipments, picking and packing orders according to customer specifications.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as per operational needs.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for long periods.
  • Basic computer proficiency for inventory system entry and data management.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1+ year) in a warehouse, logistics, or stock management role.
  • Certification in operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry.
