Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and seat them promptly with a welcoming demeanor.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide detailed information regarding ingredients and preparation methods.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, clearly communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, gracefully, and in accordance with service standards.
- Anticipate guests' needs throughout their meal and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization within the dining space.
