Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond courteously and efficiently to all requests.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to management.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
