Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests in the restaurant with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer informed recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions, and relaying them precisely to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor dining area for guest needs, anticipating requests and ensuring a pleasant and clean environment at all times.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and hygienically according to hotel standards.
- Process guest payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas, including side stations, serving equipment, and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations and hotel service standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and active listening, in English.
