Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, seat them, and present menus with expert knowledge of all offerings.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions regarding ingredients and preparation methods.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to special requests or concerns.
- Clear tables efficiently, reset dining areas, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Assist with room service operations, including taking orders, setting up trays, and delivering meals to guest rooms.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
