Key Responsibilities

- Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards.
- Ensure dining areas and room service setups are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to provide seamless service.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and prepare for subsequent guests efficiently.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions securely.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the food and beverage department.
