Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating, and present menus with expert knowledge.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards and special requests.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
- Assist with setting up for events, banquets, or special dining experiences as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Waitstaff or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
