Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations when appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and gracefully, adhering to service standards.
- Monitor dining areas, promptly clear tables, and reset them for the next guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card transactions.
- Assist with room service order taking and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.
