Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, paying close attention to special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant or dining room.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with a polite and efficient approach.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with room service delivery and setup as required for room & board operations.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
