Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating in a polite and timely manner.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to high standards of presentation and service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to their needs, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
