Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and seat guests in the dining area.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently and courteously.
- Clear tables, prepare for new guests, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card transactions.
- Ensure dining areas, service stations, and equipment are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service team members.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Deliver room service orders promptly and set up meals elegantly in guest rooms.
