Key Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, using POS systems or manual methods as required, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverage orders promptly and courteously to guests in the dining area or delivering room service orders directly to guest rooms.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and stocked with necessary items (cutlery, napkins, condiments).
- Clear tables efficiently, clean dining areas, and assist with dishwashing duties when necessary.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating to management when appropriate.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other service personnel to ensure smooth operations.
