Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to their tables and presenting menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, answering questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper table settings throughout service.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a friendly and timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Set up and clear tables, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of dining essentials as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
