Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met.
- Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction, anticipate needs, and promptly address any concerns.
- Process payments accurately using the restaurant's POS system and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
Required Skills
