Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, using the POS system efficiently.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and courteously.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with flexible administrative tasks such as inventory checks, menu updates, or data entry (may be performed remotely or on-site during non-peak hours).
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings, some of which may be conducted virtually.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and respectful work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
Required Skills
