Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Provide detailed information on menu items, portion sizes, ingredients, and potential food allergies.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation.
- Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meal and overall service.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and a problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
