Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus clearly, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards.
- Monitor tables regularly to ensure guest satisfaction, refill drinks, and clear plates as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Set up and clean dining areas, ensuring tables are properly arranged and maintained throughout service.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including server stations and dining room.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
