Key Responsibilities

- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Clear and reset tables with attention to detail and hygiene standards.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sidestations and service areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company service standards.
