Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival, escorting them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations with thorough knowledge of food and beverage items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests promptly and courteously.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant as required.

- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting
