Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer informed recommendations for food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all requests.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance service quality.
