Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash or card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with table setup and breakdown, ensuring readiness for service.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
