Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, seating them comfortably and presenting menus.
- Expertly describe menu items, recommend specials, and answer questions about food and beverage preparations.
- Accurately take food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met.
- Monitor dining tables to ensure guest satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns or requests.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them meticulously for incoming guests.
- Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other team members to ensure seamless service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
